Man, I had a heart attack when Jr started "Ain't Nobody" !!!
So deep, grooving and powerful !!!
I remember that Jr played the Quincy Jones's version of "Killer Joe", awesome groove here too.
Weckl was incredible this night, do you remember that he started his performance by doing a great solo with the brushes ?
It was the first time that I did see Weckl after his changes, I was thinking myself : "ok, now he plays like a Man", and you know what, I told him after the show during the d?ner in some hotel.
Erskoman did as usual a so classy performance with the "Cocktail Drums", really nice.
I had to play "Ain't Nobody" one or two times, I just played the two last note on the bass drums, more secure for my right foot... [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Listening to Vince on the old Pages album..... How ANYBODY found fault with his playing escapes me. Just amazing, as was Jeffrey. Dated, but a very cool album. Who was the bass player? What that the Mr. Mister dude? He did a nice job on that, as well.
Guys I'm shocked you didn't like the sets by Andy Gangadeen and Chuck...
Okay, Chuck I wasn't so hot on, but Andy Gangadeen was awesome!
I went as a non drummer with two friends from school. Watching Gangadeen made me want to take it up. So I did...
